Siemens Nigeria is a multinational company and a leader in the Power Engineering business in Nigeria. They are hiring for Project Commercial Manager
Position: PROJECT COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Functional Area: Controlling

Key Tasks
• Planning, controlling. Reporting on Business level
• Responsible to perform all types of financial analysis, review and forecasts
• Month/quarter/year end closings for overall business
• Financial reports (profit/loss statement, Statement of financial position, cash flow)
• Monitoring and controlling of centre
• Information Management, support and advice for management, ongoing analysis of business figures to recommend adequate action and provide information
• Budget planning and controlling
• Reconciliation of inter- company transactions
• Liaising between project sites, regional headquarter and headquarter in Germany
• Procurement management
• People-management within functional area select, deploy and develop employees under relevant company policies, aligns all members toward team excellence in order to ensure long-term company success with motivated high calibre employees
• Supporting all administrative work related to Project business (may include travelling within the country and abroad)
• Contract management including processing of claims
Experience
• 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in international project management will be an advantage
• Leadership Experience 2-3 years
• Drive Initiative, Results Orientation, Decision Making
• Experience in project implementation and execution of large scale projects

Qualifications
• BSC/HND Accounting/Finance Related Course, Experience in Business Administration is essential.

• Ability to independently plan and execute complex tasks while addressing daily management details and remaining organized and focussed on long term strategy
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to anticipate and solve problems.
