Key Roles & Responsibilities
•To assist PIL Operations Manager, to continually review, streamline and improve operational procedures to minimize manual tracking and for statistical purposes.
•Liaise with Sales and Customer Relationship Managers on loan related issues.
•Adhere to stringent service performance standards to achieve excellence in customer relations and to provide quality support and documentation.
•Ensure that customers’ enquiries are replied promptly.
•Track all input errors (sales error)
•Provide daily MIS on Refunds, Normal Rescheduling, Loans booked, FIFI, Input error
•Monthly preparation of DAS and AUT repayment schedules
•Reconciliation of all cleared funds for Loan repayment

Qualifications & Skills
Bsc 2.2
Good Computer use (Microsoft Word & Excel)

In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme. A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme. Where an exemption has been granted, a certificate of exemption will also be required.
