Director - Client Solutions Team (Nigeria)
• Support local OCC units (LC/MM/CTA) in origination and execution of complex, value-added, and strategic transactions
• Act as the enabler in delivery of value added products (CA, FM etc) as part of overall solution to clients in the LC/ MM/ CTA segments; uptier client relationships via such mutli-product solutions

Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Idea and deal generation via interface with regional LC/ MM/ CTA teams and with relevant product partners
• Lead and/ or guide multi disciplinary deal teams to structure and execute complex and strategic transactions
• Manage and review work of AD’s, Associates, Analysts; provide inputs to ensure quality of sales pitches, and help front such pitches to the clients
• Actively interface with local LC/ MM/ CTA team heads in identifying opportunities
• Execute transactions working in close co-ordination with product partners

Qualifications & Skills
• Excellent Modelling & Credit Skills
• Experience in either Capital markets, Corporate Finance or Equity
• Ability to work across multi cultural and diverse client base
• Minimum 10 years experience front line corporate banking / corporate finance

In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme. A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme. Where an exemption has been granted, a certificate of exemption will also be required.
