Principal Pipeline Engineer
Job Purpose:

The Principal Pipeline Engineer is accountable for leading a team of (multi-discipline) engineers who provide pipeline engineering and operations/maintenance expertise for all phases of design and execution in terms of concept selection, development of basis for design through construction, commissioning and start-up, ensuring state of the art technology and optimisation of pipeline asset lifecycle cost.
Experience and Qualifications required:
University degree in a technical engineering discipline (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
A minimum of 15 years experience in oil and gas operations, of which 10 years in pipeline project engineering and front-end engineering design, and at least 5 years in pipeline operations and maintenance.
An understanding and in depth knowledge of a broad range of pipeline-engineering systems, tools and practices, and a thorough understanding of project economics
Working knowledge of of corrosion management and pipeline maintenance practice.
Familiar with DEP, SPDC, and International pipeline standards.
Good interpersonal, leadership and negotiating skills.
Well-developed communications skills  (i.e. report writing and presentation) and ability to cope with complexity and uncertainty are essential.

Principal Mechanical Static Engineer
Job Purpose:
To provide Specialist Mechanical Static Equipment Engineering inputs in the areas of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exhanger, Piping and Valves etc to Projects and Asset teams with the sole aim of maintaing Asset Design Integrity. This will cover inputs to projects and Detail Design for Projects and also manage the Mechanical Static Engineering Skillpool.
Experience and Qualifications required:
B.Sc. or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
12 - 15 years experience in Mechanical Engineering in the petrochemical industry particularly in the areas of design, construction, commissioning and start-up of Mechanical Static equipment, of which a minimum of 5 years in a senior mechanical engineering role.
Must have in-depth knowledge of Mechanical Static Equipment and can contribute to the development of basis for design, Project and detailed engineering design.

Commissioning and Start-Up Lead
Job Purpose: 
The Commissioning and Start-Up Lead is accountable for driving flawless Commissioning and Start-up on the project
Experience and Qualifications required:
Degree in relevant discipline
Previous Commissioning Experience (up to 7years) required

Head Project Services
Job Purpose:
The position will head the Project Support Services Organisation which will comprise essentially of the following key units:
Information Management and Document Control and SAP Support.
The Project Accountancy Unit
The Administration Services Unit
Cost Engineering
Experience and Qualifications required:
Incumbent must be a graduate in a technical discipline with a working knowledge of and experience in implementing business control and project management principles and practices as described in such documents as SIEP's OPMG.
Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge. PMI's PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is desirable but not required.
Prior experience with major E&P development projects is desired but not required. Experience in design/construction and project management of oil and gas facilities is essential.
Experience with development and implementation of project management processes, i.e. contract management, procurement, project accounting, document and resource management etc.
Experience should be a minimum of 15 years E&P with excellent inter-personal, negotiating skills and leadership skills. Good communications skills (i.e. strong listening, report writing and presentation) are essential.
Working knowledge of the Shell financial system and SAP.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills
Excellent PC skills, with emphasis on database and data analysis skills

Head Health Safety Security & Environment
Job Purpose:
Coordinate and drive all Project activities tailored toward meeting Group, SPDC and Project HSSE policies, goals and targets.
Ensure project facilities are designed to the highest standards of technical safety and, in particular, conform to the Group Process Safety Basic Requirements.
Degree or near equivalent qualification in Engineering with twelve years experience in facilities engineering and safety roles in the oil and gas industry, at least 4 years of which must have been spent in a HSSE coordination role in a major project.
Membership of NISP and other professional safety bodies.
Certification and experience in technical audit.
Training in the use of FRED and other technical safety simulation software.
Seven years experience in hazards and effects management process (HEMP).
Experience in drawing up and maintaining design and construction HSE Cases.
Ability to use Tripod-Beta accident investigation tool.
Conversant with Company and Shell Group standards.
Excellent inter-personal and leadership skills with good communications skills (i.e. report writing and presentation) are essential.
Team player, acting as a champion to break new grounds, self-motivated, starter.
