Production Manager (PM)

Engineering Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that plant and equipment maintenance systems are in place.
Safety standards are adhered to.
Safeguard well controlled utility bills.
Monitor capital projects.

Ensure that all maintenance workers are well trained and properly motivated.
Specify system requirement or direct modification of parts to ensure conformance optimum performance of machinery/aid smooth production run.

Requirements
B.Sc or HND in Mechanical or electrical Engineering
5 years of relevant experience.
Extensive experience in FMCG or Food Manufacturing industry.
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Basic knowledge of Tally ERP.
Experience in the manufacturing industry (Food Manufacturing industry is an added advantage


Financial Controller
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinates all activities of the Department
Preparation of Financial Statements
Preparation and consolidation of budgets and long Term plans
Expenditure Control including Budget preparation and Discipline.
Analysis of variances against Budgets and KPI
Management Information including periodical(weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual) reports.
Management of Trade and Other debtors
Project Evaluation and Monitoring
Setting Key Performance Indices (KPIs) e.g.
 Ensures compliance with Quality System requirements in the department
Preparation of monthly cash flow forecast
Financial responsibility, including actuals and forecasting, of Business Development and Barter products
Requirements
First degree in Accounting or related discipline.
Professional accounting certification, e.g. ACA, ACCA, or other relevant higher business degree with proven analytical and qualitative accounting/ finance competencies.
Experience in FMCG  treasury funds management and loan syndication
Twelve (12) years cognate experience, of which at least Three (3) years at senior management level

Management Accountant
Duties & Responsibilities

Preparation of performance reports-MPR on monthly basis as well as the variance reports.
Preparation of costing sheets reports on wheat import on vessel basis.
Product costing for profitability implications.
Co-ordination and arrangement of monthly stock taking exercise.
Reconciliation of monthly sales reports .
Supervise the activities of the financial account unit
Ensure that all Suppliers invoices are fully booked before processing the payment
Check to ensure that monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement as prepared by the officer concerned are correct, before forwarding same to FC and Chief Finance Officer for approval
Reviews the periodic reconciliation of supplier’s and inter unit accounts to ensure that they are correctly done
Reviews the posting of financial transaction into the subsidiary records to ensure that they are correctly done. Also to ensure that the subsidiary ledgers are in agreement with the general ledger all the time
Raise all journal credit and debit notes for FC and Chief Finance Officer’s approval
Requirements
First degree in Accounting or related discipline.

Quality Assurance/control Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that the production and quality control of all products meets the appropriate standards.
Responsible for implementation and maintenance of the company quality system,
Reporting on the performance of the system for review and as a basis for continuous improvement.
Work with Production, Marketing, Purchasing and other Technical personnel to identify potential opportunities for improving manufacturing efficiencies, maximising cost effectiveness for all raw materials and components whilst maintaining agreed product standards.
Determine and enforce, through all functional departments, quality requirements in accordance with company and customer needs, based on current regulations and standards.
Develop and implement improvement programme to raise performance standards.
Provide leadership to the QA/QC department including operational QA support, budget and resource management.

Duties & Responsibilities
Analyze, plan, manage recruitment programs and the hiring process to ensure that HR service provided meets the needs of company’s business.
Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with Company policies and updated Government Regulations.
Control Payroll Calculation, compulsory Insurances and other HR reports as required by authoritiesPrepares the annual statutory financial reports

Duties & Responsibilities

Store keeper 
Duties & Responsibilities
Receive materials from suppliers and enter into the appropriate books i.e the GRN & STOCK CARDS E.TC.
Record all stock items that are issued out to other dept. /sections with proper approvals.
Sort and place inventory in storage areas, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, types and product code.
Fill requisition for materials and assist in stock taking.
Keep record of materials or items received or distributed in accordance with established procedure.
Generate requisition for all stock items, while maintaining stock and re-order level at all times. And ensure first in first out rule.
Maintain daily/weekly cycle counts of all stock items and submit stock level to the manager.
Inspect materials received for quantity, quality, condition & spec.
Ensure monthly stock taking and the stock/value report must be submitted to the management latest 1st of the each month.
Items received and issued should be posted into the system.
Items that came first into the store first should be the first to leave the store FIFO.
Store racks must arrange and labeled as well as demarcated.
Any other duties that may be assigned to you by management from time to time. e
Assures all completed orders are properly tagged when delivered to packing/shipping station.
Requirements
OND in Accounting, Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply or any Social Science Discipline
2 years’ experience in FMCG and/or Food  manufacturing industry.
Ability  to pay attention to details.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Manual flexibility and ability to lift minimum of 50 lbs to operate machinery and move drums.
