Job Description
Assist Regional Discipline Lead in providing technical and assurance governance support to operations, Assets and projects through peer -assisted reviews, independent design reviews, VAR, HAZOP, Audits.

Provide process engineering advice and steers via participation of peer-assisted reviews, IDR, VAR and HAZOP to assure projects design implementation are in compliance with HSSE & SP CF based on appropriate application of AIPSM, DCAF, DEM1 and DEM2.
Technical Authority 2, process engineering supporting TA-1 in the implementation of Discipline standard as detailed in DCAF.

Provide technical support to operation assets to assure operations are within operating envelope and in compliance with AIPSM.
Assist operation assets to mature improvement proposals. Participate in CCMP for MoC approval during absence of RDL.
Assist RDL in management of process engineering skill pool in areas of graduates development and LnD.
Provided discipline advice in IRP investigation and application of new technologies.
Deputise for RDL, process engineering"
100% commitment to support projects' assurance plan in term of reviews and technical advice.
Adhoc nature on works requests from projects and operations.
Increasing number of adhoc incidents follow up outside discipline control and influence.

Skills & Experience
Chemical Engineering Degree BSc or MSc or its equivalent
Extensive experience in process engineering practice in the exploration and production (upstream) of oil and gas industry.
Demonstrable experience in conceptual or front end, detailed design, operation and optimisation of oil and gas treatment facilities with a broad exposure to all aspects of process engineering including pipeline hydraulics, flow assurance, process control and safeguarding.
Good working knowledge of reservoir engineering, production technology and well engineering.
Good understanding of complimentary surface engineering disciplines - mechanical, control automation,pipeline, electrical etc.
