ROTORK GAS LIMITED is looking for an International Territory Manager to assist in the growth of profitable sales in nominated territories not serviced by a Rotork office.

Job Description

Key Tasks:
Ideally located in the Bath (UK) office, the International Territory Manager will be responsible for setting and executing the strategy to maximise business for Rotork. The jobholder will be expected to manage the performance of existing agents, distributors or local sales representatives and develop new sales channels as required to achieve the strategy.
This job involves significant international travel up to 50% of the time.

Main Duties:
To achieve the Company's short and long-term sales targets for its complete range of products and services
To produce a business plan and agree the long term sales strategy and targets for each country with the International Sales Manager
To provide the Company with field feedback of the market trends, competition and customer's needs and opinion of Company products
To be responsible for planning travel programmes to ensure maximum sales penetration within a given territory
To evaluate the current agent network and to understand and limitations of our current network and propose solutions

Personal Specification:
A technical qualification - the minimum level would be HNC/HND in electrical/electronics' or similar
Proven success in an external sales or business development role
Ideally at least five years' international experience
A dynamic positive influencer exhibiting capability and a passion to serve the customers' needs
Be comfortable with the need to travel internationally, sometimes at short notice or on weekends
Be a relationship builder, who can persuade and influence by using excellent communication skills
Be able to produce clear reports highlighting the key issues and actions required
Ability to produce business plans and sales strategies
