Job Description
Provides information to business partners and the public about the organization, within the powers granted;
Provides Protocol;
Provides telephone connections inside and outside the organization;
Welcomes the persons from outside the organization and guides them to relevant people;
Keeps track of contact data of persons and institutions that company employees have relationships with;
Types documents, files them and keeps strict records;
Copy documents and sends faxes;
Receives, records and distributes mail within the organization;
Archives files and works with register systems.

Very good knowledge of English;
Knowledge of German is an advantage;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Dynamic, responsible, communicative;
Professional attitude and attention to detail;
Teamwork spirit.
They are required to have excellent communication skills,
Pleasant personality and should love interacting with people.
They should also have basic mathematics and computer operation skills, as their job will also involve maintaining records and data on the computer.
Good telephone etiquette and email etiquette are also required.

They should also have some basic conflict resolution skills, so as to handle difficult customers in the most professional manner.
