Baker Hughes Incorporated (BHI) offers a challenging career opportunity for a Geoscientist to be part of our Reservoir Development team in West Africa.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Processing and management of borehole seismic projects including Velocity surveys, Zero Offset VSPs, Offset VSPs, Walkaway VSPs
Working either individually or as part of a team with larger projects
Participation in the presentation of results to the customer
The delivery of projects to a deadline. The primary objective of VSFusion is to help clients transform data into informed business decisions that maximize asset value

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
BSc in Geophysics / Geoscience or related discipline
Understanding of seismic data or other signal processing
General knowledge of the oil and gas exploration and production industry
Good computer literacy and readiness for multidisciplinary training is essential

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent technical and analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Supportive and collaborative in a team environment
Able to work independently (with a minimum of direct supervision) when necessary
Able to work under pressure
