Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description:
Monitor deliveries of generators to clients.
Provide information to callers.
Receive and sort mail and deliveries.

Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and action taken.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Escalate issues timely and appropriately to ensure client satisfaction.
Track and pickup invoices and payments.
Work with the engineering team.
Filing Documents.
Report preparation, correspondence duties with clients and engineering team.
Site Supervision of engineers and generator operators

You’ll be analytical, enjoy working people’s environment.
Have ability to multi- task.
Excellent Microsoft word/excel/PowerPoint skills.
Charismatic and excellent communication skills
Strong orientation toward teamwork, ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

The candidates must possess SSCE or OND in any degree from a reputable institution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Capacity to manage people effectively and productively.
Computer skills in Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint and the internet.

The Company is located at Ajah; Residents along this axis will be considered first.
