Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Lagos

The ideal candidate will serve as an assistant to the HR office
Maintain office schedule by picking up and delivering items using automobile

Serves clients by backing-up receptionist,answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming customers orders,keeping customers informed of order status
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Providing administrative support to the HR team, including word processing, distribution of information, answering telephones,minute taking at meetings.

Minimum Requirements
Office experience
Must be a graduate (Degree/HND)
Telephone Skills
Good verbal and written skills
0-3 years experience
