Our client, a Leader in the FMCG industry, is currently seeking for immediate employment, a suitably qualified candidate to fill the positions below:

General Manager

Main Responsibilities
Management of the daily operations of the Company.
Design and implementation of a production program to meet customer requirements
Direction of strategy to stimulate the profitable growth and operation of the company
Assumption of accountability to the Board of Directors for all aspects of the company’s operations
Monitoring of compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Overseeing of the development of the corporate culture of the Company
Implementation of the laid down systems and procedures to ensure that the minimum standards for the manufacturing process are adhered to.
Assumption of responsibility for adequate staffing levels, employee performance
Evaluation, discipline, and employee commendation.
Identification and follow up of business opportunities
Representation of the company to its stakeholders
Ensure quality orientation and oversee quality improvement programs.

Key Focus Areas:
Achieving annual forecasted production within approved operating and capital expenditures budgets
Completing production on schedule, resulting in zero production deferment due to delays in execution
Ensuring that existing outlets operate with at least 95% operational efficiency
Deliver shareholder value which will be driven by profit
Ensuring the generation of new clients and business opportunities.

A minimum of 7 years' working experience within an FMCG in a high level administrative capacity
Experience of relating with Regulatory Authorities.
Versatility In the production and marketing of Sachet and Bottled water
Strong managerial Skills with a proven track record in delivering production targets
And efficiencies, financial and production knowledge in high production facilities.
A Master's Degree in a relevant field would be an added advantage.

Front Office Supervisor
HND/BSc in Hospitality Management, Food Science and Technology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Business Admin, Marketing or related disciplines.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in hospitality industry.
Must be computer-literate.
Must possess excellent interpersonal relationship.

Female Business Development Executive

Job Description

Candidate must be a female
Resident in Lagos
Minimum of HND
Two years relevant experience

Restaurant Manager

Manage the restaurant adequately and ensure customers satisfaction and profit maximization.
Total Operational and financial responsibility for an individual restaurant.
Directly perform hands-on work on an ongoing basis to train employees.
Respond to customer service needs or otherwise role model appropriate behaviors in the restaurant.
Provide overall leadership, recognize and motivate member of the team, coach and train the team for operational excellence.

HND/BSc in Hospitality Management, Food Science and Technology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Business Admin, Marketing or related disciplines.
Must be trustworthy, proactive and must have a good business sense.      
Must have a good knowledge of restaurant business.
Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant Business.
Must not be more than 35 years of age by last birthday.
Nearness to Mainland is an added advantage.
