Job Title: Client Service Manager

Job Description
Work with Head of Clients Relations Manager to generate and drive a solid brand message that reflects across all marketing materials and social media content. Work with campaign team to ensure effective social and digital media campaign for clients Generate, edit, publish and share daily content original text, images, video or HTML that builds meaningful connections on assigned social media platforms action Set up and optimize company's and clients' social media accounts within each platform to increase the visibility of contents Collaborate with other departments customer relations, marketing and sales, web solutions, graphics, Training, etc to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions Respond to business enquiries on assigned social media accounts, BBM, Whatsapp, telephone, email and other platforms and liaise with appropriate departments for prompt actions Provide feedback to the management as regards customers complaints and conversation & surrounding the band that are taking place in the public sphere. Continually ensure and implement company's policy, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate Fosters customer management strategies to retain, service and deepen client relationships on our social platforms. Monitor, listen and respond to potential customers in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales, Proven working experience in social media or related field Excellent consulting, and communication skills Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytic tools knowledge Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
