Teclab Management Services Limited - Our Client, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Call Center Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Core Purpose of the Job
Organize and direct the staff of our call Center.
You will be responsible for assessing their work and give them feedback to maximize performance.

Task Complexity:

  • You are expected to contribute meaningfully with the following duties:
  • Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams
  • On board new Call Center employees
  • Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback.
  • Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
  • Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
  • Measure performance with key metrics such as call abandonment, calls waiting etc.
  • Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures etc.
  • Keep management informed on issues and problems
  • Provides product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance

Academic and Professional

  • First Degree in Business Administration, Humanities or Social Sciences, an MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 Years’ Experience In a similar role.
