Job Title: Volume Sales Agent (VSA)
- To help generate qualified leads and sell real estate products and services pan Nigeria.
- The ideal candidate should have flair in sales and marketing.
- Sells products by leveraging on their social contacts and as well establishing new contacts and developing relationships with prospects.
- The VSAs is expected to qualify and contact prospective clients and close deals.
- Should be available to attend sales storming, events and training’s to improve knowledge. Generate prospects pipeline as well as daily and weekly sales reports to team lead.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing after sales support, information and recommending new opportunities.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property.
- Minimum of one year of sales experience.
- Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.
- Individual with excellent communication and persuasive skill, highly confident and goal oriented.
- OND, HND & B.Sc. in any discipline.
- Must be residing in Lagos.
