  • Plan for sales execution
  • Execute sales plans
  • Grow volume and market share
  • Leverage business relationships
  • Leverage sales credit opportunities
  • Monitor sales volume and market share targets
  • Evaluate and measure sales execution performance
  • Control fixed costs
  • Manage third party contractors and legal compliance
  • Manage Human Resources

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or B. Degree in a commercial field
  • 4 years’ experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment
  • Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of Sales in FMCG
  • Good Knowledge of Ms Office Package
  • Good communication skills
  • Good people management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership qualities
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
