Job Title: Sales Executive


  • Expands and generates new business for the company by actively seeking and acquiring new clients. Identify client’s needs and demands and provides service to clients by selling insurance policies and other services.


  • Sell insurance policies to potential clients.
  • Help clients select the most appropriate policies for health, life, and properties.
  • Develops base for long-term sources of clients by using referrals, occupational, and special-interest groups to compile lists of prospects.
  • Explains the features of various policies and handles policy renewal
  • Approaches potential clients by utilizing mailings and phone solicitation; making sales presentations to groups at company-sponsored gatherings on the subject of financial well-being.
  • Determines clients' needs and financial situations by scheduling appointments and determining extent of present coverage and investments;
  • Match insurance policies for clients with the companies that offer the best rates and coverage.
  • Obtain price quotes.
  • Process applications.
  • Utilize the Web to respond to quotes for insurance policies.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients.
  • Answer questions and make changes to existing policies.
  • Provides death benefits by delivering policy proceeds; reassessing client needs.
  • Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Advise clients on how to minimize risk.
  • Maintain sales reports and records of insurance policies.
