SD Human Resources Limited - Our client, is currently looking for candidates that have experience in sales in the Tobacco industry, to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager


  • Achieve the sales collection targets and the company's budget through the sales team members;
  • Develop policies, standards operating procedures and other guidelines for smooth running of the business;
  • Plan for and ensure product availability and visibility to meet corporate turnover with the objective of becoming a dominant player in the market;
  • Monitor business environments on changes likely to affect sales positively or otherwise for appropriate action;
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales flash/report, monthly sales report as well as reports for board meetings;
  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analysing trends and results;
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for territories; project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
  • Develop and implement monthly and annual sales plan.
  • Create and sustain performance culture that consistently exceeds the expectations of all stakeholders (employees, customers, shareholders).


  • 15 years of sales experience in the tobacco industry.
  • Degree in relevant discipline.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.


  • 8.5m/annum.

Location: Lagos
