Description

  • Our Client since its establishment as a mobile solutions company has been engaging with consumers in the mobile environment, delivering services of high standards, quality and value based on understanding of consumers’ behaviour, demographics and psychographics. 
  • Their services cover local and international organisations, various industries including
  • Entertainment, Banking, Manufacturing, Transportation and Health. They currently have an opening for a Sales Officer

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales towards the achievement of Company’s financial targets and assist the Business Development Manager in the execution and delivery of all sales duties and responsibilities.

Client Relationship / Account Management:

  • Prospect new clients through various methods including: Cold calling, email marketing, walk-ins and one-on-one personal networking. 
  • Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, vendors and partner organisations. 
  • Sustain existing relationship with all clients by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities. 
  • Understand and analyse Clients businesses and future requirements.
  • Ensure an excellent customer service is provided to the clients and follow up with phone calls or emails to ensure client satisfaction. 
  • Create, maintain and update Customer database.

New Business Development & Planning: 

  • Support the Business Development Manager to develop and implement appropriate marketing and sales strategies.
  • Provide timely and accurate periodic reports including; revenue reports, sales pipeline, activity reports etc. weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually to executive management. 
  • Continuously develop new ideas to improve business services, sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare marketing and sales presentation where necessary. 
  • Keep up to date with products and competitors to help the company determine their position in the market place. 
  • Contributes to team effort by performing related tasks as required. 
  • Performs other assigned duties as delegated from time to time

Requirements 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience proven in sales or customer service
  • Minimum of a Second Class Upper Bachelor’s Degree ideally in marketing or its equivalent.
