Job Title: Call Centre Agent (CCA)
- Provides customer service support to the organisation by obtaining, analysing and verifying the accuracy of information in a timely manner.
- Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
- OND in any discipline
- Mathematics and English Language in WAEC/NECO
- Must be between 22 - 32 years old
- Excellent communication skills with impressive interpersonal skills
- Must be a resident in Mushin and environs.
