Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive

Description

  • This role is individually accountable for providing finance advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market.
  • Provides advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.
  • Develops, tracks & reviews business plan to meet individual performance targets.
  • Work in specific allocated markets.
  • Work with a specific range of products.
  • Receives a production allowance & commission

Responsibilities 
Financial Advice:

  • Provides advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.
  • Works in specific allocated markets
  • Works with a specific range of products

Sales/Productivity:

  • Develops, tracks & reviews business plan to meet individual performance targets
  • Engages in prospecting and conversion to sales

Personal Effectiveness:

  • Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
  • Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality
  • Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills
  • Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results
  • Accepts and lives the company values

Relationship Building:

  • Establish sound working relationships and maximizes opportunities with prospective clients
  • Uses appropriate interpersonal and communication techniques to gain client acceptance

Qualification 

  • Minimum of B.Sc/HND between the age of 26 and 35 years
