  • To manage and organize CEO
  • Drafting and forwarding business correspondences
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Coordinates staff, client, guests and visitors
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Maintain the diary of CEO
  • Office organization and front desk management
  • Store, retrieve and maintain data on the computer
  • Develop business network and handle office routine
  • Arrange meetings and appointments for the CEO.
