Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Description

  • MSY’s Product Management (PM) team develops new business as well as grows and retains our key accounts. The individuals on this team proactively identify new leads and prospects as well as respond quickly to incoming requests from existing clients.
  • We need individuals well-versed in the latest employee research trends. They’ll need a passion for converting that New Business lead and developing existing accounts to grow into our next $500K+ account via the best solutions in our key product lines:

  1. Coaching and Mentoring
  2. Human Capital Analytics
  3. Human Resources Consulting
  4. Annual Ratings and Surveys
  5. Growth and Expansion Advisory Services
  6. Research & Data Analysis

  • The Senior Product Manager will be out of the office much of the week for client meetings and presentations. 
  • MSY is a global firm that focuses its growth in the UK as well as the emerging markets of Africa; as such, candidates with demonstrated sales success to corporations in Africa are highly sought.

  • A strong sales/account management background, preferably within an organization similar to ours 
  • An ability to achieve challenging performance goals, to manage complex projects and work to tight deadlines under pressure 
  • A self-starter who is naturally proactive and is always hungry for more, who wishes to work in an entrepreneurial, startup setting 
  • Robust, meticulous, professional planning as well as openness to feedback and a drive to improve 
  • A good sense of humor with a fun outlook on life appreciating the importance of a work-life balance
