Job Position: Account and Administrative Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Delegating administrative and accounting responsibilities or projects to account
  2. Establishing a company’s financial and accounting procedures.
  3. Assessing, creating, and enhancing departmental controls, systems, and practices to improve accuracy and productivity
  4. Ensuring proper and timely completion of month-end and year-end reports
  5. Checking financial statements for compliance
  6. Providing the company’s external auditors with accounting and financial reports and data
  7. Verifying that a company’s financial operations adhere to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
  8. Preparing and submitting corporate tax reports to the country’s revenue authorities
  9. Examining financial accounts to look for any mistakes
  10. Keeping thorough and accurate financial records
  11. Reconciliations and audits as necessary
  12. Helping other departments with goal setting, strategy creation, and decision making
  13. Preparing Documents for customers
  14. Debt Management
  15. Other responsibilities as designated by the management.
