Job Description

  1. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivables.
  2. Ensure timely clients payments.
  3. Preparing and posting of client’s payment vouchers and other payment vouchers.
  4. Handling of account payables and receivables.
  5. Checking for inaccuracies in invoices
  6. Inventory management and control
  7. Payroll System management
  8. PAYE, monthly & annual returns
  9. Pension remittance, scheduling & monitoring
  10. Payment processing – Electronic Transfers, Issue of cheques, locating co-signatories, etc
  11. Bank Reconciliation – Current Accounts & FDs

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
