Job Position: Account Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Update daily sales, and stock performance reports on
  2. Deposit cash on schedule to financial institutions.
  3. Reconcile all Cashier’s sales activities daily.
  4. Keep proper record of all petty cash expenses daily
  5. Prepare financial reports on schedule
  6. Respond to POS declined issues and emails from the bank.
  7. Preparation of supporting documents for final accounts.
  8. Do a cross-check of daily sales book.
  9. Prepare the Vendor’s payment schedule.
  10. Attend to suppliers on Cheque related issues
  11. Support Payroll Administration.
  12. Payoff supplier’s cheque on the system as at when due.
  13. Disburse petty cash and prepare the schedule of weekly disbursement report.
  14. File all financial documents relating to the Store.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  6. Experience in retail sales is a plus.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Accounting Software.

N50,000 – N100,000 monthly.
