Job Description

  • We require an accountant that will look after the company’s accounts, and advice the managers about the financial implications of business decisions to aid growth and profit.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the preparation of the financial statements
  2. Payment verification and processing
  3. Reconciliation of the company’s account payables and receivables.
  4. Verification of Vendor’s bill and processing payment
  5. Tracking organization expenses.
  6. Commission and refund verification
  7. Fixed Asset Management
  8. Inventory management
  9. Bank balance reconciliation
  10. Remittance of statutory deductions.

Job Requirements

  1. Academic qualification of either an HND or B.Sc in Accounting
  2. At least 3 years of experience.
  3. High Integrity and proactiveness
  4. High level of accuracy and precision
  5. Good organizational skills and ability to work with deadlines
  6. Good business acumen
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Computer literate
  9. Proficient in the use of ERP preferably QuickBooks.
