Job Position: Account Officer

Job Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Market products and services to customers and prospects
  2. Identify / establish new customers relationships
  3. Pay / regular visits and make calls to prospective customers with a view to establishing good relationships with them
  4. Identify customer needs and proactively seek to provide products and services to meet anticipated needs
  5. Sell the bank retail products and services
  6. Implement efficient and effective customer acquisition strategies
  7. Assist in preparing management reports
  8. Identify customer issues or concerns through knowledge of their business
  9. perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager

Job Requirements

  1. BSc in Accounting, Economics, or other Business related courses
  2. Excellent Customer Relationship development and management skills
  3. Good negotiation skills
  4. Adequate Product Knowledge
  5. Knowledge of Basic banking operations (Domestic & International)
  6. Marketing and selling skills
  7. Administrative Skills
  8. Good communication/Interpersonal competencies
  9. Proficiency in Data entry, Word Processing, spreadsheets &graphics)
  10. TQM.
