Job Position: Accounts Administrator

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Scanning of all purchasing invoices into PM7 for processing
  2. Posting of financial invoices and indirect purchases invoices in PM7
  3. Adhering at all times to CD Invoice Verification
  4. Support group shared service with regards to the annually AP self-assessment
  5. Ensuring a proper logical and complete filing system of all group supporting documentation is always maintained within the legal entity
  6. Ensure on time month end closing
  7. Ensuring the accuracy of the GL and cost centre allocations for all indirect service related invoices
  8. Support group with the external audit (annually) topics for AP
  9. Responsible for quarterly intercompany reconciliations of vendors with financial transactions

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor ’s Degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting option or its equivalent
  2. ICT proficient (Computer literate)
  3. At least 4 years of relevant experience in a busy working environment

  3. Good negotiation skills, attention to details
  4. Ability to understand financial principals
  5. Ability to multi-task and
  6. Ability to work under minimal supervision
