Job Description
We are seeking an organized, smart, and detail-oriented File Clerk to join our Human Resources/Administrative team. You will be responsible for processing paperwork and documents as they come in, organizing them in the proper files for reference, and gathering information for different departments when requested. Attention to detail is vital in this role to ensure information can be retrieved quickly and easily. We prefer candidates who have some experience in an administrative/secretary role, but we are willing to train the right person.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process and file documents and paperwork
  • Scan files and upload digital copies to the database
  • Maintain and organize both the digital and hardcopy filing systems
  • Retrieve documents and paperwork when requested
  • Deliver requested files to staff members
  • Make necessary updates to records with new information; remove or archive any records that are outdated or obsolete

Job Requirements

  • O’Level/OND holders
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office environment preferred
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
