Job Position: Admin Assistant

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  2. Maintain and update company databases
  3. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  4. Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails etc.)
  5. Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

Job Requirements

  • OND in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of work experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail.
