Job Position: Admin Officer

Job Location: Maryland, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Display professional etiquette at all times.
  2. Demonstrate time management skills as many tasks are time-bound.
  3. Oversee the staff at every level.
  4. Type the documents and proofread them before submitting them.
  5. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  6. Assist the Human Resource department.
  7. Answer to all the queries raised by the employees.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
  • 4 years work experience.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
