Job Position: Admin Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Daily administrative affairs and office supplies procurement management.
  2. Review and control office and reception expenses, formulate department budget and control the use of budget.
  3. Daily administrative management, including customer visit reception management, office environment management and asset management, etc.
  4. Sorting out, formulating, optimizing, releasing and supervising the implementation of important documents.
  5. Coordination among various departments.
  6. Manage and maintain all kinds of office automation equipment and related consumables.
  7. Complete missions on time without excuses.
  8. Be Proactive and Responsible, active prevention, detection and problem-solving

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 1 – 20 years work experience.

Salary
N80,000 – N150,000 monthly.
