- Job Position: Admin / Storekeeper

- We are searching for an organized and detail-oriented Admin/ Storekeeper to manage all of the operations in our client’s storeroom. In this position, you’ll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
- Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labeling supplies.
- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to account for reimbursements and record-keeping.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Qualification: OND
- 2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or record-keeping, preferably in real estate, would be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
- Analytical mind with the ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
