Job Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Sabo, Kaduna

Job Description

  1. Heading office task such filing,generating reports,presentations,setting up for meetings.
  2. Providing real-time scheduling supports by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  3. Making travel arrangements such as booking flights and making hotels and restaurants reservations.
  4. Screening phone calls and routing callers to appropriate party.
  5. Using computer to generate reports,transcribing minutes from meetings,creating presentations.
  6. Greets and assist visitors.

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an F.S.L.C qualification with 1 – 5 years relevant work experience.

N50,000 – N55,000 Monthly
