Job Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Sabo, Kaduna
- Heading office task such filing,generating reports,presentations,setting up for meetings.
- Providing real-time scheduling supports by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Making travel arrangements such as booking flights and making hotels and restaurants reservations.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to appropriate party.
- Using computer to generate reports,transcribing minutes from meetings,creating presentations.
- Greets and assist visitors.
- Interested candidates should possess an F.S.L.C qualification with 1 – 5 years relevant work experience.
N50,000 – N55,000 Monthly
