Job Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

  1. Providing proactive customer outreach
  2. Engaging in customer conversations on social media
  3. Proactively asking customers for feedback
  4. Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content
  5. Promote content on social media
  6. Provide a blog post for publication
  7. Promote content on social media
  8. Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research
  9. Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
  10. Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ inquiries
  11. Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
  12. Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
  13. Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
  14. Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent
  15. Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
  16. Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
  17. Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a BSc qualification with 2 – 15 years work experience.

N60,000 – N80,000 / month.
