Job Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Performs administrative and office support activities.
  2. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
  3. Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Resolve administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  2. Enhance the quality of management of the firm by providing administrative support to the business unit partners in order to facilitate the administration of their activities.
  3. Demonstrate good report writing skills and pay attention to detail.
  4. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

  1. HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
  2. Experience in general office administration
  3. Understanding of basic business principles
  4. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
