- Job Location: Durumi, Abuja (FCT)
- We are looking for a resourceful Human Resource & Admin Associate to drive and manage Human Resource and Administrative Function of the Organisation.
- He/ She will be responsible for maximizing our human & material resources for optimum outcomes, reporting to the MD/CEO and the management team.
- Talent Sourcing & Onboarding & Evaluation
- Seeking quality talent to drive the organisations objective
- Onboarding talent and ensuring seamless transition to job roles
- Designing and implementing accurate best in class monitoring & evaluation framwork
- Capacity Building
- Designing effective curriculums to support capacity improvement of staff
- Driving smart on-the- Job coaching initiatives and mentoring for all employees as the case requires
- General Administration
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organisation
- Management of all Human & material resources

- BSc. or HND in any field
- A minimum of 2 years sales experience in managing HR function of a Mid-size organisation
