Job Description

  1. We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
  2. The Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
  3. This individual will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, supporting various departments, and maintaining a well-organized work environment.

Job Responsibilities 

  1. Oversee day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  2. Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate conference room bookings.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  4. Maintain accurate records, databases, and files.
  5. Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for staff when necessary.Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and assist in the organization of meetings and events.
  6. Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed.
  7. Organize and manage physical and electronic documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
  8. Assist in tracking and managing departmental budgets.
  9. Generate and compile reports as required by management.
  10. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  1.  Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business Administration or any real fields.
  2.  Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
  3.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ).
  4.  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  5.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6.  Attention to detail and accuracy.
  7.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8.  Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  9.  Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
