Job Position: Administrative Manager

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for the smooth handling of the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital, in addition to providing active support to customer experience department to create world-best customer experience to the patients.
  2. The Administrative Manager will interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  3. The Administrative Manager will work closely with the clinical lead to ensure a seamless and effective running of the hospital, Strong decision-making ability, collaborative disposition and attention to detail are important in this position.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hospital branch and the achievement of operational and administrative stability of the establishment
  2. Ensuring patient satisfaction by cultivating an efficient and safe environment.
  3. Maintaining proper records of hospital branch and assets and ensuring prompt and adequate maintenance of same to avoid downtime or disruption of services.
  4. Ensuring the enforcement of organizational policies and staff’ compliance to policies.
  5. Preparing daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports relating to the branch.
  6. Overseeing the delivery of top customer service experience to all clients and stakeholders (internal and external), create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
  7. Taking ownership of customer’s issues and ensuring prompt resolution.
  8. Supporting orientation and training of employees, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment for clients and staff alike Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  9. Responsible for branch staff leave planning and leave calendar in collaboration with clinical department.
  10. Maintaining effective and continuous collaboration with group office, other branches.
  11. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  12. Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  2. Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
  3. Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  4. Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  5. At least 5 years’ experience in any administrative role.
  6. Experience of Hospital Administrative Management is an added Advantage.
