Job Position: Administrative Manager

Job Location: Bauchi

Job Responsibilities

  1. Managing and monitoring all employee absences, sickness and leave
  2. Assessing staff performance and creating effective training and development plans.
  3. Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, from preparing adverts to conducting interviews.
  4. Overseeing the preparation of offers of employment, job contracts and other employee-related paperwork.
  5. Investigating and managing all disciplinary and grievance hearings and finding appropriate solutions.
  6. Proven experience of managing redundancies, disciplinaries, grievances and performance-related issues effectively.
  7. Strong communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and establish interpersonal connections across all levels of the company.
  8. Able to work sensitively and discreetly with extremely confidential information.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Personnel Management or any of the Social Sciences.
  • Membership of relevant professional body is an added advantage
  • Working experience not less than 5 years
  • 30 years and above.
