Job Position: Administrative Officer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking an Administrative Officer with Business Development experience to join our team at Rez Marine Services Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing documentation processing and registration, as well as providing support for business development initiatives.

Job Responsibilities 

  1. Documentation Processing and Registration
  2. Ensure all documentation for the company is processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Register all company documents with relevant regulatory bodies.
  4. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system for all company documents.
  5. Manage the company’s contracts and agreements and ensure that they are properly filed and documented.

Business Development:

  1. Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships for the company.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to support business development initiatives.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  4. Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and partners.
  5. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s services.

Administrative Support:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and other members of the senior management team.
  2. Prepare reports and presentations as required.
  3. Coordinate travel arrangements and scheduling for senior management.
  4. Manage office supplies and inventory.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on documentation processing and business development..
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Renumeration
N150,000 monthly.
