Job Description

  • Our client is seeking a diligent and highly organized Administrative Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our business.

Job Responsibilities
Office Management:

  1. Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  2. Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting rooms.

Documentation and Filing:

  1. Maintain organized and up-to-date records, documents, and files.
  2. Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.


  1. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and promptness.

Data Entry and Reporting:

  1. Input and manage data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  2. Assist in generating reports and presentations as needed.

Event and Travel Coordination:

  1. Coordinate travel arrangements for staff when necessary.
  2. Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.

Financial Support:

  1. Assist with financial record-keeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  2. Collaborate with the finance department on budget monitoring.

Customer Service:

  1. Provide a professional and friendly point of contact for customers and vendors.
  2. Address inquiries and ensure timely and courteous responses.
