To assist in the management of the fitness studio with specific management responsibilities for client services and facilities management.

Job Position: Administrative Officer

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description

  1. Client Service and Service Delivery
  2. Provide Fitness support
  3. Members Supervision
  4. Management of Facilities/Equipment
  5. Generate purchase orders
  6. Answer phones, speak with customers and vendors
  7. Replenish office supplies
  8. Maintain proper selling price margins in ERP system
  9. Handle all incoming vendor invoices
  10. Support and complete divisional projects related to costing, process improvement, and organization

Job Responsibilities

  1. A   high   standard   of   personal   integrity,   discretion, and   tact,   maintaining the confidentiality
  2. Great marketing skill
  3. Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  4. Ability to work as part of a team.
  5. Aptitude for identifying opportunities for improving performance
  6. Good working knowledge of the MS Office products
  7. Excellent communicator (at all levels)

Job Requirements

  1. Must hold OND, HND, or BSc degree in any discipline
  2. Must have good computer skills
  3. Must be very good at using popular social media platforms
  4. Must be able to learn new skills within a very short time frame.
  5. Must reside within Lagos Mainland Local govt
