Job Position: Administrative / Account Officer

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
  2. Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
  3. Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.
  4. Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
  5. Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
  6. Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
  7. Providing basic bookkeeping services.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
