Job Responsibilities
Campaign Management

  • To create micro and macro campaigns on UNICA
  • To identify BTL campaign opportunities
  • To work with the business for campaign optimization
  • To ensure 360 campaign coverage
  • To manage the campaign brief implementation process
  • Manage all technical related issues on UNICA
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of UNICA data load and feed

Communication Library

  • To create and maintain the campaign and communication library
  • To create and manage communication decision matrix
  • To manage and regulate best campaign per channel and volume of communication for each campaign


  • To measure campaign performance
  • To measure the campaign impact on GR
  • To balance bonus and paid MoU/Revenue

Data Analysis & Campaign Management

  • Review the performance reports of the campaigns
  • Correlate the campaign report performance to the business models
  • Provide recommendations for campaigns based on data analysis
  • Compare the Target group performance to the Control group performance

Performance Reporting

  • Collate the daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Collate the team reports

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors in Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or any numerate discipline
  • OCA and strong SQL skills
  • Advance Ms. Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SPSS is an added advantage
  • 3 years experience in Data analysis
  • 3 years experience in Data modeling experience
  • Ability to think out of the box
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Ability to work within timelines
  • Ability to learn within a short time
