Job Position: Application Engineer
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the basic use of software assigned to you, and where there are any issues escalate to the right authority.
- Assist the sales team in the demo and explanation of software to clients.
- Answering queries and resolving issue relating to usage of standard applications and IT services.
- Providing monthly help desk reports
Job Requirements
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Technical Support role.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a flair or have any experience in the use of any engineering software.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
Salary
₦50,000 – ₦100,000/month
