Job Position: Communication Solutions Architect
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Design and deploy new IP communications solutions or improve the efficiency of existing infrastructure
- Uptime performance management through proactive monitoring, upgrades and patches
- Incidence Resolution: Provide Level 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Take professional certifications as may be required to upgrade our OEM partnership status
- Facilitate regular product and technology training for Marketing and Knowledge sharing purpose.
Job Requirements
- Must have a B.Sc Degree
- CCNP/CCIE will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience deploying and supporting the following solutions: LAN, WAN, IP Telephony, Video Conferencing and Contact Center
- Must have presentation skills
- Ability to work in flexible hours when required.
