Job Location: Lagos and South-West – Lagos

Job Description 

  1. An Area Sales Manager is responsible for the overall sales performancein a geographical location. This position requires exceptional analytical, problem-solving and customer service skills.
  2. A qualified candidate shall be responsible for developmentofan overall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals.

Job Responsibilities 

  1. Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating Team members.
  2. Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit
  3. Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  4. Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customersin order to improve customer retention rate.
  5. Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
  6. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management, or related course of study.
  • 5-7years experience in the same role
  • Adequate selling and negotiation skill
