Job Position: Audit Trainee
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos
Job Description
- Conduct assigned task on audit engagements successfully from start to finish.
- Identify and communicate issues raised, offering recommended solutions relevant to risk.
- Ensure audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the process, circumstances and risk.
- Assist in audit planning, including a budget, staffing and timelines.
- Timely completion of audit files and assignments, ensuring work is produced to the required standard and deadlines.
- Ensure the basic documents for signoff are ready on completion of assigned engagement (Final signoff, Audit Summary and Representation letters).
- Produce audit reports at the conclusion of assigned engagements, to meet the required standard for reporting.
- Interact with clients to help ensure that the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with at least 2 years experience.
